These Terms of Use govern your use of Ploigos. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Ploigos is a Kubernetes client that allows users to connect directly to Kubernetes clusters they control or are authorized to access. The app may display cluster resources and allow actions such as viewing, managing, or modifying those resources depending on the permissions available to the user.
You may use Ploigos only in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms of Use. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to access and manage any cluster, namespace, workload, or other resource you connect to through the app.
You agree not to use Ploigos to:
You are solely responsible for all cluster connections, credentials, commands, changes, deletions, restarts, updates, configuration changes, and other actions performed through Ploigos.
Kubernetes is a powerful system, and actions taken through the app may affect running workloads, stored data, networking, service availability, security posture, and production environments. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the impact of your actions before performing them.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of any credentials, certificates, tokens, configuration profiles, and device access used with Ploigos.
If you import credentials or trust a certificate authority using a .mobileconfig profile, you do so at your own discretion and risk.
Ploigos may use a minimal backend service for security-related app attestation and for receiving optional user feedback. This backend is not intended to manage or proxy your cluster activity.
You agree not to misuse, overload, probe, attack, or attempt to circumvent these backend services.
Ploigos is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, reliability, accuracy, and suitability for production, administrative, or safety-critical use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, service interruption, security incident, cluster outage, workload failure, misconfiguration, or other damage arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, Ploigos.
This includes, without limitation, damage resulting from user error, incorrect configuration, expired credentials, certificate trust decisions, cluster commands, resource deletion, workload restart, API misuse, or actions taken based on information displayed by the app.
Ploigos depends on systems and services outside the developer’s control, including Apple platform services and the Kubernetes clusters and network environments configured by the user. The developer is not responsible for failures, downtime, incompatibilities, data loss, or security issues caused by third-party systems, infrastructure, APIs, hosting, or device platforms.
If you choose to submit feedback through the app, you grant the developer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate that feedback for the purpose of improving the app and related services, without compensation to you.
Do not submit confidential information, secrets, credentials, or sensitive production data through feedback forms.
Ploigos may offer optional paid features through in-app purchases managed by Apple. Payments are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple account settings.
The developer does not have access to your payment information and does not handle billing directly.
Any refunds or billing issues must be handled through Apple in accordance with their policies.
Where applicable, subscriptions are governed by Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
The developer may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue Ploigos or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. The developer may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The developer may restrict or terminate access to backend services associated with Ploigos if necessary for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or operational reasons.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it and removing any stored configurations, credentials, or profiles from your device.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
